SBI Holdings, Inc. has officially entered into a capital and business alliance with Linkties Holdings Co., Ltd., the operator of prominent business media outlets including Forbes JAPAN. Through this acquisition of shares via SBI Group subsidiaries, Linkties has become an equity-method affiliate of SBI Holdings.
